Service Description
Our Certified Aerial Bungee! Adds gravity defying moves to your Bungee workout. Low impact and high intensity workouts that keep you moving and air bound. Bungee Fitness allows the individual to work out in a fun way. If squatting, push-ups stretching, pull-ups, and more, is a challenge for you, why not try bungee as a workout fitness? With the assistance of the of the bungee, you will well be on your way to achieving your exercise goals and having fun while doing it. This class teaches you how to get acclimated to using the bungee as workout tool. 6 week session. We're excited that you have chosen to join us for Aerial Bungee! Just a few housekeeping things before you arrive to class. Weight limit 250. Level 1 *Bungee fitness basic is required before taking this class. Aerial Bungee (Only) requires wearing a harness, so please bring/wear a pair of shorts that are of a thick (sweatshirt) material. We provide shorts at a cost. Wear regular pair of athletic shoes that tie and secure your feet well. St. Peters Location: We are located on the Lower Level between Macy's and Sears section of the building. St. Louis Location: Parking is easy! Please park on the west side of the tall building (you see the flashing dead end sign). Come through the double green doors closest to the chain link fence in the parking lot. Door code is 2302.
